Items needed with your loan application

Income Documentation:

-most recent paystubs

-most recent two years' w2s and federal income tax returns

Asset Documentation:

-most recent statement for each asset account (checking, savings, retirement, etc.) - please be sure all pages are included

Miscellaneous items and information:

-driver's license and additional form of ID

-name and phone number of your insurance agent

-name and phone number of your realtor (if you are purchasing)

-sales contract (if you are purchasing)
